Inspections & Estimates

Estimates are a basic assumption of costs based on the condition, structure, and square footage of your project. You'd request an estimate when you know for sure what needs to be done, i.e. replacement vs. repair. Some Estimates do require inspections, but they're usually completed from the ground. Smyles Home Solutions completes estimates free of charge.

Inspections are generally done when the extent of the work is not known, and you're not sure if you need some repairs or a whole new roof. Inspections do come with a small fee, as there is some work involved. However - Smyles Home Solutions will apply any amount paid on an inspection toward your roof replacement.
